These Terms describe using GIFGenius and its Pro options.
Using GIFGenius
Use GIFGenius to create and edit media you are entitled to use. Respect other people's privacy and intellectual-property rights when adding captions, importing content, or sharing GIFs.
You remain responsible for the content you choose and the recipients or services to which you share it.
Pro and Apple billing
Pro options, when offered, and their localized prices are shown in the app before purchase. A monthly or annual plan renews according to the terms displayed by Apple; a lifetime option is a one-time unlock.
Apple handles billing. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account. Deleting GIFGenius does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases is available in supported purchase-enabled builds.
Free creation, basic captions, saving, favorites, reuse, and sharing remain available. Saved GIFs stay usable if Pro becomes unavailable.
Availability and your copies
Keep separate copies of creations you want to retain. Device changes, deletion, or local storage loss can affect locally stored content. Availability and features may change with app updates.
