About GIFGenius
GIFGenius is developed by Hiddink Development. This policy describes how GIFGenius and its support and legal pages handle information.
Your media and local library
GIFGenius processes selected photos, supported videos, GIFs, captions, and editing state on your device. Media, audio, library information, presets, and library searches are not sent to an app rendering, analytics, or search service.
Saved GIFs and library information are held locally, including the shared local container used by the app and its Messages extension. Retained source videos may contain audio.
Apple's media and file selection interfaces let you choose content. Exporting, sharing, or inserting a GIF is initiated by you; the destination app, service, or recipient handles that copy.
Support you choose to contact
For GIFGenius support or privacy requests, email support@hiddinkdevelopment.com. The support page uses a mailto link that opens an external email app. GIFGenius has no embedded support form, submission service, file uploader, or in-app mail composer.
GIFGenius does not compose, inspect, or transmit the support email or its attachments. If you choose to send an email, your email service and the recipient's mailbox handle the address, message, and any attachments you include. Send only information you choose to share.

Pro purchases
When Pro purchases are available, GIFGenius uses RevenueCat. Apple handles payment. RevenueCat receives purchase and entitlement information for receipt validation, fraud prevention, access to purchased features, and purchase-history analytics in its dashboard.
GIFGenius uses an SDK-generated anonymous purchase identifier that is stored and reused across its app and extension. GIFGenius does not supply an app account login, name, email address, or contact attributes to RevenueCat. RevenueCat is GIFGenius's only third-party SDK; GIFGenius has no separate advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK.
RevenueCat requests also contain app and device information such as SDK and system versions, device model, locale, and a vendor device identifier when available. GIFGenius disables RevenueCat's optional diagnostics and automatic attribution-identifier collection. RevenueCat handles its service records under its privacy policy.

Visiting support and legal pages
Legal and support pages open in Apple's in-app Safari browser. GIFGenius does not inject page scripts, read page contents, or add its purchase identifier to the page URL.
These pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub logs and stores visitors' IP addresses for security, including visits made without signing in, and treats IP addresses as personal data. This hosting data flow also occurs when a legal or support page is opened from the app.
The GIFGenius website adds no analytics or advertising scripts and has no support submission form or cookie-storage code. Hosting records are handled under GitHub's privacy statement.
Your copies and privacy requests
GIFGenius has no app account sign-in. Copies exported to Photos, Files, backups, or sent to another app or recipient are managed separately from its local library. Deleting GIFGenius does not cancel an Apple subscription or delete another party's copy.
