Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Waypoint, you agree to these Terms of Use and any applicable App Store rules that govern the software on your device.
Permitted use
Waypoint is licensed, not sold. You may use the app for its intended lawful workflows, but you may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Purchases and billing
Any premium purchases offered in Waypoint are processed by Apple through the App Store. The purchase screen shows the current price and billing period before you confirm. Subscription renewal, cancellation, purchase restoration, and billing controls are managed through your Apple account.
Your local reading content is not sent to a third-party subscription provider. Feature availability and purchase offerings may change while Waypoint remains in prelaunch.
Availability and liability
Waypoint may be updated, changed, or discontinued over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided as-is and without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
