Jump Assistant's current relaunch work includes account sign-in, workout and health-related metrics needed for the app experience, and subscription entitlement state for paid access.
Support and deletion requests may require enough account information to locate the correct profile and complete the request safely.

If you contact support for Jump Assistant, your email and any attachments may be used to troubleshoot the issue, respond to the request, and keep a support history where needed.

This policy may be updated as Jump Assistant evolves. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
Account deletion
If your installed version includes the in-app deletion flow, use that path first. If you cannot access it, contact support@jumpassistant.com from the email tied to the account and request deletion there.
