By downloading, installing, or using Color Cluster, you agree to these Terms of Use and any applicable App Store rules that govern the software on your device.
Gameplay use
Color Cluster is licensed for personal, lawful gameplay use. You may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or related services except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Purchases and billing
The current relaunch build of Color Cluster does not include subscriptions or paid in-app purchases.
If a future version introduces paid unlocks or purchases, pricing and billing details will be disclosed in the App Store product metadata and in the app where applicable.
Availability and liability
Color Cluster may be updated, changed, or discontinued over time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided as-is and without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

Leaderboards and related Game Center features may depend on Apple services that can be unavailable, delayed, or changed without notice.
Fair play
