Billable is published by Hiddink Development. This policy explains the product-level privacy information available for Billable and how support requests are handled.
Product data and sync behavior
Billable stores the work sessions, client attribution, project attribution, notes, and export settings needed to provide its core tracking workflow.
When iCloud is available, Billable can sync that data through your private iCloud database. When iCloud is unavailable, the data stays on your device unless you choose to export it.
Support requests
If you contact support for Billable, your email and any attachments may be used to troubleshoot the issue, respond to the request, and keep a support history where needed.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as Billable evolves. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
