👋 Hi, I'm Neil.

I'm a senior iOS engineer who's been creating apps for Apple's platforms since 2011. This site is the public home for the apps in my portfolio. Thanks for stopping by and taking a look at what I'm working on.

Portfolio background and direction

Creating apps since 2011

My first app project was FoodChained: A Game of Survival in the summer of 2011. Since Swift was announced at WWDC in 2014, I've built various apps in UIKit and SwiftUI, from 2D SpriteKit games to workout experiences leveraging HealthKit and WatchConnectivity.

17 apps in motion for 2026

I'm actively moving apps toward release, growing a deep portfolio, and putting years of product work into software that people can actually use. This site is a look at what's already live, what's currently in flight, and the kind of hands-on iOS engineering I bring to every project.

Growing a life around great products

As this work evolves, I want this site to be a clear record of the products, systems, and decisions behind them. Over time, I want it to reflect work that is thoughtful, useful, and sustainable, with more products people rely on every day and more opportunities to do meaningful work with great people.
